PLMJ takes part in the largest global real estate event

PLMJ will be part of Invest Lisboa’s stand at MIPIM, the largest real estate fair that brings together the most influential representatives from all segments of the international market. The fair takes place between 10 and 13 March at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.

PLMJ will be represented by PLMJ real estate and construction partner, Pedro Sáragga Leal. This event will be a point of focus for PLMJ’s recently launched French language guide to real estate investment and the non-habitual residents tax scheme: “Guide de l’Investissement Immobilier et des Résidents Non-Habituels au Portugal”. The “Lisbon Investments and Luxury Retail Projects”, a specialised service for the development of luxury real estate and store projects in Lisbon, launched in 2014, will also be in focus.
