PLMJ tax team writes article on the reversion of fines to directors and managers in the Public Finances and Tax Law Review.

PLMJ’s tax team coordinated by partner Rogério M. Fernandes Ferreira has written an article on recent developments in the reversion of fines tor directors and managers (commentary on Constitutional Court judgments nos. 24/2011, 26/2011 and 35/2011) for the Public Finances and Tax Law Review – Year IV - Number 2 - Summer, published by Almedina. The authors of the article are Rogério M. Fernandes Ferreira, Francisco Carvalho Furtado, Ana Moutinho Nascimento, Pedro Saraiva Nércio and Nuno Barata.
