PLMJ wins TTR 'Deal of the Quarter' with the EFACEC Power Solution deal

TTR - Transactional Track Record has awarded PLMJ its 'Deal of the Quarter' award for the work the firm did on the EFACEC Power Solution deal. PLMJ advised its client Fidequity on the acquisition of a majority stake in EFACEC Power Solutions, SGPS, a company owned by EFACEC Capital.

PLMJ was also the only Portuguese law firm in the top three of TTRs half-yearly ranking of the number of deals handled during the first six months of the year in the corporate/M&A area - the firm was ranked in second place. All in all, PLMJ handled three deals with a total value of €210.2 million.
