PLMJ writes guide for Intellectual Property & Antitrust 2023 Digital Edition

A group of PLMJ lawyers has written the chapter on Portugal for the Lexology Guide on Intellectual Property & Antitrust 2023. The lawyers in question are Ricardo Oliveira, the partner who heads the EU and Competition practice, Hugo Monteiro de Queirós, the partner who heads the Intellectual Property practice, Martim Valente, a senior counsel in the EU and Competition practice, and Vasco Granate, an associate in the same practice.

In this chapter, the specialist lawyers analyse the applicable Portuguese law. They also answer questions on intellectual property, the competent authorities here, and procedures, among others.
