PLMJ's assistance to Ascendi is TTR's deal of the month

PLMJ advised Ascendi, SGPS, S.A., on the acquisition of 5% of the share capital and voting rights in Via Verde Portugal - Gestão de Sistemas Eletrónicos de Cobrança, S.A. by exercising preference in the sale of the 20% stake held by SIBS, S.A. Brisa - Autoestradas de Portugal, S.A., acquired the remaining part of the stake. This operation was named Deal of the Month in the November Transactional Track Record (TTR) report.

PLMJ's services were provided by a multidisciplinary team coordinated by Diogo Perestrelo, partner and co-head of the Corporate M&A practice, Ricardo Oliveira, partner and head of the EU and Competition practice, Elsa Pizarro Pardal, senior counsel in the Corporate M&A practice, Martim Valente, senior counsel in the EU and Competition practice, and Guilherme Seabra Galante, managing associate the Corporate M&A practice.
