Paulo Farinha Alves highlighted by the Diário Económico as the author of the Appeal which conducted to the decision to withdraw “secrecy” on the investigation carried on the “Hurricane Operation” case

The most mediatic investigation to an economic crime ever to occur in Portugal was the way the Diário Económico defined this case within which Paulo Farinha Alves PLMJ Partner and a Member of the Firm’s Litigation Area of Practice has been playing one of the  most relevant roles with the  defence.

Paulo Farinha Alves, representing some of the defendants, was the author of the Appeal from which resulted the possibility to have access to the proof gathered by the investigation.
