Regulation of private education at risk – Comments by Tiago Duarte.

The application of alteration to the decree-law that governs State support for private education, already signed into law by the President of the Republic, may be at risk of illegality. The decree-law was approved by the Council of Ministers but was subject to further alterations before being signed by the President. PLMJ partner Tiago Duarte highlighted the risk of this legislative error: “Apparent the President of the Republic signed a text into law that had not been approved by the Council of Ministers. There is a formal error that might be relevant”, Tiago Duarte told the newspaper Público.
