Ricardo Oliveira to speak at the 2022 International Cartel Workshop

Ricardo Oliveira, the partner who heads PLMJ's Competition practice, has been invited by the @Portuguese Competition Authority to participate as a non-governmental adviser in the ICN Cartel Workshop 2022. Ricardo Oliveira will remotely join the panel "NGA's perspective on how to improve leniency programmes".

The other panel members will be @Stephen Crosswell from @Baker McKenzie, @Luiz Ros from @Silva Matos Advogados and @Jérôme Phillippe, from @Freshfields.

The mission of this panel is to analyse the obstacles to joining clemency programmes and the members will seek to leave clues to help overcome these obstacles and advance this path to resolution.
