Rui Chancerelle Machete appointed by the Portuguese Minister of Justice to a commission that will perform a complete review of administrative and tax legislation.

PLMJ’s public law practice consultant, Rui Chancerelle Machete, was appointed by the Portuguese Minister of Justice to join the commission of experts who will perform a complete review of all administrative and tax legislation that is currently in force. The commission starts its work in June and will submit draft amendments to the administrative procedure code and the statute of the administrative and tax courts.
