Serena Cabrita Neto to make presentation at Brazilian meeting on arbitration and mediation

Serena Cabrita Neto, a partner in PLMJ's tax team, is to take part in the 5th National Arbitration and Mediation Meeting in Brazil taking place on 29 and 30 May. The event is organised by the National Council of Mediation and Arbitration Institutions of Brazil and will bring together leading Brazilian and international specialists in these areas.

Serena Cabrita Neto will make her presentation on tax arbitration, sharing her experience and know-how in this area with arbitrators from Brazil, a country that is taking its firsts steps to set up an arbitration system identical to the Portuguese one.
