Sports Law - PLMJ specialist integrates Sports Arbitration Court Installing Committee

PLMJ Associate Alexandre Mestre, a specialist in Sports Law is one of the 5 members of the Sports Arbitration Court (TAD) Installing Committee which presented to the Minister of Justice, Dr. António Costa, the application for the Constitution of the future Arbitration Court.

The Arbitration Courtintends to be an independent instance and a resort to Sports justice. This project counts with the Government support and it is most likely to  start its activity within the first quarter of 2008
