TTR ranks PLMJ as leader in M&A and Private Equity

Transactional Track Record (TTR) has published its rankings for 2017 and PLMJ is the leader Portugal in M&A, both in lawyer numbers and the number of deals.

Ricardo Oliveira, the partner who heads PLMJ European Law and Competition, leads the ranking for transaction value, and this ranking also features Manuel Santos Vítor, the partner who heads PLMJ Corporate / M&A. Tomás Pessanha, a partner in PLMJ Corporate / M&A and Private Equity takes first place in the number of transactions, on a list that also includes Duarte Schmidt Lino, the partner who heads  PLMJ Private Equity, and Diogo Perestrelo, a partner in PLMJ Corporate / M&A and Private Equity. PLMJ also occupies first place  in the number of deals, with a grand total of 28.

In Private Equity, PLMJ has the highest number of deals (10) and the highest value of deals (EUR 1.05 billion).
