Teresa Madeira Afonso, partner and co-head of PLMJ's Real Estate and Tourism practice, gave an interview to the Jornal de Negócios newspaper on the doubts investors have about the 'More Housing' package.

"The fact that this legislative package has been approved without a responsible and wide-ranging debate on the soundness and effectiveness of the measures proposed is creating enormous uncertainty among investors. In addition, as many people in many different quarters have already said, the effectiveness of the implementation of several of these measures is highly questionable and this, in turn, creates uncertainty and insecurity."
