Tiago Cortes, a partner from PLMJ’s employment practice, has made a contribution as a specialist in employment law, to an article on the new ‘Twelfths Law’ (Lei dos duodecimos – under which the traditional holiday and Christmas bonuses are split between the 12 monthly salary payments) in the newspapers Diário Económico and Jornal de Negócios. The PLMJ partner was also quoted in TVI’s piece on the issue.
