Tiago Cortes no Semanário Económico a propósito da simplificação dos despedimentos

Tiago Cortes, PLMJ Equity Partner and a Member of the Firm’s Labor Law Area of Practice, is quoted by the Semanário Económico’s edition of the past 30th of May regarding his opinion on the “simplification of firing procedures” suggested by the Government.

According to this Lawyer the simplification not only shall not favor the flexibilization of the proceedings but may even produce a greater difficulty in the application of the law to the concrete case.
