Tiago Cortes speaks to Jornal de Negócios about employment disputes

Speaking to the newspaper Jornal de Negócios, Tiago Cortes, a partner in PLMJ’s employment practice area, gave his evaluation of the first quarter of 2010 and the behaviour of the employment market. He confirmed that the period has been one of particular activity, especially in definition and support in down-sizing processes in companies and in revisiting the social benefits system with a view to achieving a reduction in costs.
