Tiago Duarte co-Author of the legal publication “Studies on Public Contracting”

Tiago Duarte is one of the Authors of the publication “Studies on Public Contracting”, which gathers the contributions of reputed public law specialists for the First Post Graduation Course on Public Contracts  which was organized by the Coimbra University Law School Public Law and Regulation  Studies Centre.

Among the contributions we point out the one of PLMJ Partner Tiago Duarte , a Public Law  Professor at the Lisbon Nova University Law School, member of the Firm’s Public Law Area, entitled “The “decision to contract” in the Public Contracts Code: from the “teens” to the “inquisitive” age” .
