Tiago Duarte comments on possible changes to the Budgetary Framework Law.

PLMJ partner and specialist in constitutional matters, Tiago Duarte, considers that two thirds of the Budgetary Framework Law needs to be changed to make it into a decent piece of legislation. This means it will, in fact, be necessary to make changes to the constitution.
