PLMJ partner Tiago Duarte commented on the failure of the legislation on the evaluation of teachers in the Constitutional Court, after its announcement by the judges of that court. Duarte, a partner from PLMJ’s public law practice area, spoke to the newspapers Público and Diário Económico.
