Tiago Duarte completes his Doctor degree with distinction

Tiago  P. Duarte, PLMJ Senior Associate working for  the firm’s Public Law Department, having been  subject to the  competent public examinations this last 17th of November, completed his Doctor  Degree in Law at the Nova University of Lisbon Law School.

Approved with praise and distinction by unanimity, Tiago Duarte obtained  the highest classification for his thesis which he entitled “The  law behind the State Budget-The constitutional issue  around the State Budget Law”

The thesis was  supervised by Prof. Vital Moreira
