Tiago Duarte, a PLMJ partner from the public law area and a professor of constitutional law at Lisbon’s Universidade Nova, was invited by RTPN to appear on the 2 p.m. edition of the news to speak about the statements made to the media on 5 February by the finance minister, about the approval of the alteration to the law on regional finances.
