Tiago Duarte receives the award for best Portuguese public law lawyer

The International Law Office (ILO) Client Choice Awards 2011 have honoured PLMJ partner Tiago Duarte with the prize for best public law lawyer in Portugal. This award is given on the basis of the choice made by clients who work with lawyers in the area of ​​public law. The award, which Duarte accepted at a ceremony in London (pictured), takes into account the views of over 2000 individual clients and since 2005 the ILO Choice Awards have been recognising law firms and their partners (globally), that stand out in the legal profession for their excellent customer service. The awards take into account several criteria including quality, transparency, responsibility, use of technology and results, among others. The PLMJ partner works in the firm’s public law practice and is also considered an expert in constitutional law and arbitration.
