Tiago Duarte takes part in discussion on the Base Environmental Law at FDUL.

PLMJ partner and specialist in constitutional law took part in a discussion on the revision of the Base Environmental Law with a presentation on “the Base Environmental Law as a law with added value”. The discussion was organised by the Institute of Political and Legal Sciences of the law faculty of the University of Lisbon (FDUL). The Minister of the Environment and Territorial Planning,   Dulce Pássaro, presided over the opening of the meeting.
