Vasco de Ataíde Marques comments on the state of the Portuguese justice system

Vasco de Ataíde Marques, a PLMJ partner from the firm’s corporate and M&A practice, recently took part in the Iberian Lawyer debate on the challenges and opportunities in corporate and M&A business in light of the current state of the market. Speaking to Iberian Lawyer Magazine for an article also published by The Global Legal Post, the PLMJ specialist explained that slowness in legal proceedings is one of the characteristics of the Portuguese justice system.
