Main trends expected in competition law for 2016

On 31 December 2015, the Portuguese Competition Authority ("PCA") announced the Competition Policy Priorities for the year 2016. 2015 was marked by an intensification of activity on the part of the PCA and this trend is expected to continue in the year that is now beginning.
