About Catarina

Catarina is an associate in the Real Estate and Tourism practice.

She has regularly advised Portuguese and international clients on real estate transactions involving the purchase, sale and leasing of real estate for projects in the retail, logistics, office, residential, renewable energy and shopping centre sectors.

She holds a degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a post-graduate qualification in insolvency and corporate recovery law from the same faculty.

She is currently attending a postgraduate course in real estate law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

In 2023, she was nominated for the 40 under Forty Award in the Infrastructure & Constructions category, awarded by Iberian Lawyer magazine.

Prior to joining PLMJ, she completed summer internships here and at the law firm VdA.
