About Gonçalo

Gonçalo is an associate in the Dispute Resolution practice. With almost 5 years of experience, he advises clients on corporate and financial disputes, such as distressed M&A, directors' liability, enforcement of guarantees, loan recovery and legal due diligence in transactions involving the transfer of non-performing loans.

He is also a visiting lecturer in civil procedure and a researcher at the Private Law Research Centre of the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon.

Gonçalo graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and is currently completing his master's degree in legal sciences, specialising in banking and insurance law, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He holds a postgraduate diploma in banking law from the Private Law Research Centre of the same faculty.
