About João
João is an associate in the Employment and Labour practice where he assists clients in a range of employment matters, such as disciplinary proceedings, recruitment and employment litigation. He also provides day-to-day advice on employment and social security law issues, and on due diligence processes.
He holds law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa and is currently studying for a master's in court and arbitration procedure, law and practice at the same faculty.
João is also a research assistant at the NOVA Dispute Resolution Forum.
