João Palmeiro Carrilho

About João

João is an associate in the Public Law practice, where he advises public and private organisations on public law matters. He focuses on administrative litigation, public procurement and public contracts.

He has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a master's degree in Administrative Law from the Lisbon School of the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon.

João was a research assistant at the NOVA Dispute Resolution Forum and worked with Legaü, a legal tech start-up.
