Raquel Bernardino

About Raquel

Raquel is an associate in the Town and Country Planning practice, where she deals with various types of administrative licensing procedures and real estate transactions. She also drafts and executes town and country planning contracts and planning agreements.

In the area of land use planning and urban regeneration, Raquel has advised on the drafting of land management instruments, the revision of administrative regulations, the authorisation of enforcement units and urban regeneration operations.

Raquel is graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Coimbra, where she also completed a master's in Legal and Political Sciences, with a specialization in Administrative Law, and a postgraduate degree in Planning, Urbanism, and Environmental Law. She also completed an integrated master's in Architecture at the same University.

Prior to joining PLMJ, Raquel was an associate at Sofia Galvão Advogados.
