About Abel
Abel is a senior counsel in the Real Estate and Tourism practice. He is responsible for advising investors and real estate developers on all operations involving the purchase, sale or renting/use of all types of properties.
Over the past 15 years, he has gained extensive experience in advising on all phases of real estate projects, including defining and implementing the corporate and financing structures.
Abel has represented real estate investors and developers in acquisitions of property portfolios, sale and leaseback transactions, and construction and sale of logistics parks, office buildings, shopping centres and retail parks. He has also advised on urban rehabilitation operations.
