Managing associate in the Dispute Resolution practice.
About Cristiano
Cristiano is a managing associate in the Dispute Resolution practice. He has 9 years of experience, focusing primarily on representing clients in legal actions concerning directors' civil liability and company disputes, and financial instruments issued or sold through financial intermediaries.
Cristiano has a master’s in legal sciences (specialisation in commercial law) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and completed a postgraduate course in M&A and corporate litigation at the same faculty.
He is a member of the Portuguese Institute of Civil Procedure.
