About Luís

Luís is a partner in the Town and Country Planning practice. With over 10 years of experience, Luís has extensive experience in the areas of urban planning, environment, energy and licensing. He also works in administrative litigation and public procurement, as well as drafting opinions on public and private law, local administration and the state business sector.

Prior to joining PLMJ, Luís was a partner at Sofia Galvão Advogados and a lawyer at LCA - Abalada Matos, Lorena de Sèves & Associados. He taught private international law at the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa and was Assistant to the Secretary of State for Administrative Modernisation in the 19th Constitutional Government between 2013 and 2015.

Luís graduated from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where he also obtained a master's degree in European and International Law.
