About Catia

Catia is a senior professional support lawyer in the Regulatory and Public Law practice. She has 20 years of experience in administrative law, particularly in the areas of public administration law, public procurement and administrative litigation.

She has advised private and public organisations on public employment, recruitment, tendering procedures, careers and employment relationships, remuneration systems, performance appraisal, disciplinary procedures, civil liability of the state, and public procurement training procedures.

Catia holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, a postgraduate qualification in corporate tax law and a postgraduate qualification in biomedical law from the same faculty.

She has also published works in her areas of practice.
