About Mariana
Mariana is a senior professional support lawyer in the Corporate M&A practice area. She has almost 20 years of experience and focuses on matters relating to commercial and corporate law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
Mariana graduated from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa and holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from King's College London.
Prior to rejoining PLMJ, where she started her career and worked until 2009, Mariana was Deputy Director and Assistant Director in the Legal Department of Banco Finantia, SA and a lawyer at CS'Associados.
