About Bernardo

Bernardo is a senior associate in the Town and Country Planning practice. He has more than 10 years of experience in public law matters, particularly in the areas of administrative law, town and country planning and environmental law.

Bernardo holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a master's degree in Administrative Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Prior to joining PLMJ, Bernardo was a member of the team at Sofia Galvão Advogados.
