About Gabriela

Gabriela is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution practice and she focuses on judicial proceedings in the context of civil, corporate, criminal and administrative offence litigation.

She has handled disputes in the areas of families and minors, and inheritance law, in particular, advising on inventory processes for the sharing of assets.

Gabriela has a master’s degree in judicial legal sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and took a course in insolvency at the Institute of Business and Employment Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, as well as the post-graduate course on Digital Evidence in Criminal Proceedings at the IDPCC of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
