About Nuno

Nuno is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance and Capital Market practice. With almost 10 year’s experience, Nuno usually advises clients on various baking and finance, project finance and corporate finance primarily in the energy (including in the upcoming green energy market), natural resources, real estate and infrastructure sectors.

Nuno has a wide range of experience advising lenders and sponsors on financial structures and products, including structured finance, direct lending, asset finance, corporate lending, trade and export finance. Nuno has extensive exposure to cross-border transactions in Europe and Africa, particularly in Mozambique where he has been practicing for years.

Nuno has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a master's in administrative law - public procurement - from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Lisbon). He also completed an LLM in international business law at Católica School of Law.

Nuno is admitted to both the Portuguese and Mozambican Bar Associations.
