About Raquel

Raquel is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution practice. With around 10 years of professional experience, she advises on civil and commercial litigation, criminal law and compliance, as well as corporate restructuring and recovery.

She has experience in complex litigation, dealing with the administrative and judicial phases in matters of contractual disputes and credit recovery. Raquel has advised clients in a variety of sectors, including telecommunications, banking, energy, transport and industry.

Raquel holds a master's degree in civil and business law and a postgraduate qualification in restructuring and corporate recovery from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She also completed advanced training in criminal law and artificial intelligence at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Prior to rejoining PLMJ, Raquel was a lawyer at Uría Menéndez - Proença de Carvalho.
