About André

André is an associate in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practices. He has worked on major transactions in the financial and capital markets sector in Portugal, including structured finance, securitisation transactions, public offerings and debt issuance.

André has acted for Portuguese and international credit institutions and financial companies on financing operations. He has also handled debt trading transactions, with a special focus on NPL portfolios and REOs on both the buy and sell sides.

He has also advised international financial and credit institutions on banking and financial regulatory law including day-to-day advice in the area of banking and financial regulation and supervision.

André earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and attended a postgraduate course corporate law (corporate finance and governance) at the Centre for Private Law Research of the same faculty.
