Bernardo Borges Garcia
Joined PLMJ in 2024.
About Bernardo
Bernardo holds a degree in law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and a master's in legal and political sciences, with a specialisation in administrative law, from the same faculty. He also completed a postgraduate course in town and country planning and environmental law at CEDOUA.
