Carolina Inverno Branco
Joined PLMJ in 2019.
Associate in the Corporate M&A.
About Carolina
Carolina is an Associate in the in the Corporate M&A team. With 5 year's experience, she advises national and international clients on transactions in various sectors. She also provides general legal advice on corporate and commercial law to large Portuguese and international companies.
Carolina has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa and has a master in litigation and arbitration at the same faculty.
Before joining PLMJ in 2019, she was a summer trainee at the law firms Uría Menéndez - Proença de Carvalho and Carlos Pinto de Abreu Advogados.
