António Lopes Garcia

About António

António is an associate in the Public Law practice and works in the areas of public law and energy and natural resources.

In the area of public law, António has advised public and private organisations in the areas of administrative litigation, public procurement and public financing.

In the area of energy and natural resources, António has represented Portuguese and foreign companies on their investment projects in Portugal and other Portuguese-speaking countries. He has experience in sectors such as renewable energy and oil and gas. He also assists in the resolution of judicial and arbitral disputes in the energy and regulatory fields.

António holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa and completed a postgraduate course in public procurement law and practice at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
