About Francisco

Francisco is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution practice. Over the last 10 years, he has advised on the restructuring of companies in the tourism and hotel sectors. He also advises investment funds and financial institutions and regularly deals with cross-border insolvency proceedings. Francisco has experience in large, complex, multi-jurisdictional corporate and financial disputes.

Francisco is the author of various legal articles and has participated as a speaker and lecturer in seminars and postgraduate courses on civil procedure and restructuring and insolvency.

He holds a degree and a master's degree in legal philosophy from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and is currently pursuing a doctorate in legal and economic sciences at the same faculty. During his doctoral studies, he was a visiting lecturer at Universidade Autónoma de Madrid, the University of Chicago and the University of Hamburg.
