About Tamara

Tamara's practice focuses on M&A and real estate matters. She provides legal support to clients in the real estate sector, in particular on domestic and international transactions. This includes mergers and acquisitions, forward purchases and sale and leaseback transactions.

She has also advised clients on the implementation of real estate developments, leasing (including triple net leases) and the management of real estate assets in various sectors, in particular healthcare, retail, office and residential.

Prior to joining PLMJ, she was a lawyer at RRP Advogados.
